Crab Stuffed Avocados
Avocado-Crab Bake

Serves 4 (unless you are really hungry)

12 oz crab meat, fresh or canned (I used fresh)
2 green onions, chopped,
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 ripe but firm avocados, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed
1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the first 8 ingredients together.

Fill the avocado seed cavities with the mixture.

Top each half with the Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 dgrees for about 15 minutes.
